Picnic day at Fair Acres, Lagos

Have you ever been on a picnic 🧺?

I know Nigeria’s struggle outweighs the enjoyment but going on a picnic at the right spot would calm your nerves 😊. You would enjoy the perfect sunlight (better apply sun screen 😁), the back to back gush of wind 💨 and the fresh smell of nature 😍😍😍.

Explorewithdera invited me to a picnic at Fair Acres and I had tons of fun! FairAcres Lagos is located at Awoyaya and is one of the many beautiful destinations you can visit in Lagos. It is pretty, well secured, neat and is a lovely getaway destination for couples, families or even work team bonding.

Picnic at Fair Acres hit right! There are shades for you to have a picnic, the grass is neat (no bees or grasshoppers, trust me I checked well for that 🤣), the pool OMG! So beautiful it’s a pity I didn’t capture it, the space is so enthralling. There’s an artificial lake for kayaking, volley ball court, a standard pool and much more.

The only con for me is their billboard banner, it was decrepit looking! And made it a bit difficult to locate the spot.

Would I visit again? yes! And this time I’m doing every activity they have!
The entrance fee per adult is N10,500 and you can come with your food and drinks! Trust me when I say you’ll want to add this spot to your wishlist. Whenever Lagos stress tries to frustrate you, just take a break and visit this spot for recuperation. During my visit the love of my life popped the question 😇😌 and a baby girl got engaged!
